Kacey Klonsky is a producer, filmmaker and photographer based in Portland, Oregon.
Hi, I’m Kacey! I’m a Producer and filmmaker based in Portland, Oregon. I love creating and capturing beautiful things—and, maybe more than anything, I love bringing the right people together to make them happen.
I have 13+ years of experience across agency, commercial, branded, and documentary production, including seven years as a creative Producer at Wieden+Kennedy, where I produced advertising campaigns for global brands including Allstate, Supercell, Old Spice, TurboTax, VRBO, Nike, Gillette, and Visa. My background as a filmmaker gives me a hands-on understanding of directing, cinematography, editing, and storytelling, which I bring to every production.
After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Film and Television, I made my way out west and eventually landed in Portland. My love of travel and documentary filmmaking has taken me all over the world, from the highlands of Papua New Guinea to Denali, Alaska, and plenty of places in between.
I’m currently a freelance producer, working with creative teams and production partners to bring ambitious ideas to life. I love the creative problem-solving that comes with production, the people I get to work with along the way, and figuring out how to make a great idea actually happen.
When I’m not producing commercials, I am either shooting weddings with my mom, or I am somewhere outside with my Great Dane, Ruthie, and my two young kiddos :)
